Delivery Information
At Pablos Pawfectionary we want to make ordering and receiving your products as simple as possible, this is why we offer several different delivery options:
Free instore Click & Collect service - Ready for collection in just 1 hour after ordering, for orders placed before 3PM. Please await for confirmation that the order is ready for collection, before attending the store.
Free Local delivery (Only available for addresses within a 10 mile radius of Whitley bay store) - For orders placed before 3PM this will be delivered same day, between 4:30PM - 7PM. Minimum order spend of £10 applies. Please Note: excludes areas within Newcastle Upon Tyne clean air zone.
Royal Mail Delivery Options...
1st Class signed For - £5.55
2nd Class Signed For - £4.55
Guaranteed next day delivery - £8.95
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery Before 1pm - £13.75
Please Note - Due to size of parcel boxes, these are unable to be posted through a letter box. Please leave delivery instructions, if there will be no one available to accept delivery, so that the order can be left in a safe place or delivered to a neighbour.
Free Instore Click & Collect; for orders placed after 3PM there is no guarantee that these can be collected same day. Where this is not possible, orders will be available to collect next working day. For orders placed after 3PM on Saturdays, these will be available to collect onwards from Tuesdays, when the store reopens.
Free local delivery, is only available on store opening days and will not take place on Sundays and Mondays when the store is currently closed. Orders placed after 3PM will be delivered next working day. In exceptional circumstances, where delays may occur, we will do our very best to contact you ASAP to inform you of this. Due to additional charges incurred we are unfortunately unable to deliver & transit through Newcastle's Clean air zone.
